Overview

V14, also known as v1.0, is the fourteenth version of Creature Combat which added Crafting Mode and a number of other things in the Downstairs Area. This is the first version published on minecraftmaps.com.

Additions

Game Modes

  • Some chests are trapped chests that can spawn creepers

  • Added a new objective: Upgrade XP-farm

  • Added TNT () to the Battle Shop
  • Added Flint and Steel () to the Battle Shop

  • Added a Crafting Room with the Item Crafter 3000
  • It has a written book with all crafting recipes
  • Added lanterns to the Deathroom
  • Added XP-farm to the Downstairs Area
  • Added information button to the Downstairs Area

Changes

Game Modes

  • Campfire Quest's creeper in the last wave now has a 50% chance to drop 1 Notch Apple and a 25% chance to drop 2 Notch Apples (was 100% chance to drop 2 Notch Apples)
  • You will now start in night mode when starting Campfire Quest

Kits

  • Kit 'Regeneration' is now called 'Health' and has 3 Potions of Healing II instead of Regeneration IV

Options

  • You will now spawn in Daytime again
  • You will now spawn in Easy Mode
  • Easy Mode now shows an actionbar

Removed

Shops

  • Removed all Smite enchantments from the Enchanted Shop

Fixed

  • The Defensive Shield gave wrong information
  • Campfire Quest's creeper loot was still on the ground
  • You no longer respawn in the Deathroom when not playing the game
  • The 'You Died' text in the Deathroom now plays just once
  • Easy Mode's absorption effect took five seconds to go away

Scrapped

  • There was an idea for looting, to make creepers drop extra loot. the execution was unsuccessful.
  • There was an idea to give creepers with glowing a different color outline for those who drop diamonds, emeralds or nether stars. This was unsuccessful, for the feature was removed in 1.13.
