Overview
Kits are essential in Creature Combat. Choosing a kit was one of the most important inspirations for creating the map. Through the years, many kits have been added, changed and removed. Out of all kits available in V1, seven are left in the most recent release. The last time kits had a massive update was in v2.2.
Kit Tiers
There are four main Kit Tiers which are to be found in the Spawn Area. These Kit Tiers are either free or can be unlocked using Kit Keys. Each Kit Key can unlock a kit from its own Kit Tier.
Game Mode Kits
There are a total of nine Game Mode Kits, three for each Game Mode. For Creeper Mode, the kits are Tank, Blast Challenge, and Creeper. For Skeleton Mode, the kits are Shield, Projectile Challenge, and Skeleton. For Drowned Mode, the kits are Drowned Pirate, Underwater Challenge, and Drowned. These are the only kits that are unlocked from the beginning, and they are also the most challenging ones. They are designed to provide a balanced level of difficulty in Easy Mode, making the game neither too easy nor too difficult.
Tier-3 Kits
There are a total of five Tier-3 Kits: Looting, Fighter, Archer, Pro Fighter, and Pro Archer. The first three are designed to make Easy Mode relatively easier, but still challenging in Hard Mode. The last two are more challenging versions of Fighter and Archer, intended for players who excel in PvE combat. Tier-3 Kits can be unlocked by using a Common Kit Key.
Tier-2 Kits
There are a total of five Tier-2 Kits: Charge Up!, Armor of Undying, Poseidon, Witch, and
Health. These kits each have something special. Charge Up! features a sword that allows you
to perform a powerful charged attack when activated with the right mouse button. The
charge-up is interrupted if you attack with the sword. Poseidon is slower on land than in
water, and the enchantment on the trident changes from Loyalty on land to Riptide in water.
Health provides an additional 10 HP and two Potions of Absorption.
These kits are designed to make Hard Mode beatable. Tier-2 Kits can be unlocked by using a
Cool Kit Key.
Tier-1 Kits
There are a total of five Tier-1 Kits: Overpowered, Life & Death, SuperNova, King Midas, and
Firebreather. These kits each have something special. Life & Death grants you various effects
based on the armor you wear. Additionally, your weapon becomes an instakill after three kills,
returning to normal attack damage afterwards. SuperNova features a Black Hole that can be
thrown to pull all creatures within a 20-block radius towards it. With King Midas, certain
creatures turn into golden statues that provide better effects as the number of statues
increases when you are near them. Firebreather provides you with throwable torches that set
creatures on fire.
These kits are designed to beat Hard Mode with ease. You can unlock Tier-3 Kits by using
a Crazy Kit Key.
Colossal Kits
There are a total of 3 Colossal Kits: Secret, Star of Extinction and Custom. Secret provides you
with a full set of gold armor that grants a speed boost, along with a trident with +20
Attack Damage. The armor makes it easier for you to defend against the toughest creepers.
You can find this kit by locating a hole in the middle of a 3x3 pillar within the Arena
and entering it.
The Star of Extinction kit can be unlocked with a Colossal Key. This kit grants
you the Star of Extinction, which, upon hitting the ground, explodes and inflicts
significant damage to the surrounding creatures. It is so powerful that if you "die"
from a Star of Extinction explosion, you receive a new Totem of Undying in your offhand
as a player.
You obtain 'Custom' when your Perfection level reaches 50. With the Custom Kit, you can
design your own kit in the Kit Creator. Choose the armor, items, potions, and enchantments
you want and place them in the shulker box. When you're finished, you can return to the
Spawn Area where you can also activate your kit.
Themed Kits
In total, there are 5 Themed Kits: Cake, HunterOmega, FleurDraws, 4Wonders, and Tijd4Jan. These kits were unlockable during the 3 Year Anniversary Themed Update of Creature Combat. To obtain these kits, you needed to use Pies as a currency.
Removed Kits
In total, there are 30 Removed Kits: ShinyMan, Enchanted, Miner (V1), Miner (v1.2), Chain, Just a Kit, The Biggest Challenge, Gold = Useless, Sharpness I, Enderman, Ocelot, Blaze, Suspicious, Projectile Protection, Sunny, Gold, Healing, Wolf, Assassin, Challenge Mode, Health, Creator, Life, Death, Creeper+, Assassin+, With+, Challenge Mode+, Plantlife and Pyromancer. Each of these kits had their own reasons for being removed, but the most common reasons were either lack of space or because "they were deemed to be underperforming kits". That was ChatGPT's translation sugarcoding how bad these kits were. They were awful.
Note
It is possible that in the future, I will create a separate page for each individual kit, as there are a lot of them, each with their own history and facts. Only significant events about the kits will be included in the History section.

Advanced Statistics

Advanced Statistics

Status:

Overview
Advanced Statistics are the statistics you can see at the end of a game. These show you how many Creatures you've defeated, how long you've survived and how often you were at Low Health. If you have won, you can also see how much health you had left at the moment the game ended and, if you had a totem, how many you used.
Player Arena
Advanced Statistics in Player Arena add a few extra lines, and this text is always in aqua. You can see how many times you've died and how many kills you have here.
Suggestions
All suggestions for the Advanced Statistics (and any other element in the map) are welcome! You can contact me in the Discord Server and I'll happily get back to you as soon as possibe!

Story Mode

Story Mode
Introduction:
v2.3
Goal:
Stop the glitch
Status:
Used
Overview
Story Mode is a mode in which you follow a story where a teleportation glitch takes over the map. You and Fleru must try to stop the glitch. Please be aware that this section contains many spoilers.
The Story
The story begins with you being forced to fight monsters in the Arena against your will, until Fleru realizes that what she is doing is wrong. You decide to help her anyway. After a while, things start going wrong. Creatures begin teleporting incorrectly. At one point, Fleru suggests that you try to stop the bug by going outside the map.
When it seems like you have fixed everything, you are sent back to the Spawn Area. After starting Easy Mode, everything goes wrong and you are teleported all over the map, with charged creepers spawning all around you, only to be killed at the last moment.
Multiplayer
In multiplayer, there are a few differences. When you wake up in Fleru's lab, the other players will be standing next to the bed while one player is in the bed. Additionally, Fleru's dialogue will change slightly depending on the number of players. She will say "I really like you" in singleplayer, "I really like you two" with two players, "I really like you three" with three players, and "I really like you people" with four or more players.
Story Mode (v1.4)

Story Mode (v1.4)
Introduction:
v1.4
Removed:
v2.1
Goal:
Escape the map
Status:
Removed
Overview
Story MOde is a mode added in v1.4 to provide the map with a story. You had to unlock nearly every Game Mode through doing different things in other Game Modes. The so called "Cutscenes" were text in the chat you can read at the beginning of a game.
The Story
DeadlyRamses teleports you to the Spawn Area. You must unlock all Game Modes in the following order: 'Easy Mode', 'Skeleton Mode', 'Campfire Quest', 'Crafting Course', 'Hard Mode'. Once you have won Hard Mode, you can place the key on a block near a kind of door above the Arena in the corner. There, you can search for a button that you can place on the other side of the map. This triggers a cutscene where you and DeadlyRamses use pickaxes to remove the entire arena.
Removed
I decided to remove Story Mode from the game in v2.1. The story was not compelling enough, and a better idea for a story had come up. The plan was to introduce the new Story Mode in v2.2, but due to the prolonged development of the map, it was pushed to v2.3.
Lunch Boxes

Lunch Boxes

v2.4
Source:
Shop
Status:
Removed
Overview
Lunch Boxes were chests where you could find different types of items, like Kit Keys, Golden Carrots, Food Coloring and more. You could buy these in the Shop.
Added and Removed
In v2.3, Lunch Boxes were added to make Creature Combat more engaging. Fleru had the idea for Loot Boxes in v2.2, but I disagreed with it. After discussing it for some time, we came up with an idea that we both liked. However, after adding the Lunch Boxes, I changed my mind because it felt too similar to Loot Boxes and it made the game more complicated than it needed to be. As a result, this gameplay feature was removed in the following update. However, some elements of Lunch Boxes remained in the game, such as Challenge Items, Safety Membranes and the Lucky Charm.
List of Items
Here's a list of all items you can get in Lunch Boxes:

Advanced Mode

Advanced Mode
Introduction:
v2.4
Location:
Outside the map
Status:
Secret
Overview
Advanced Mode is a secret option in Creature Combat. After pressing a button outside the map, you'll get access to Fleru's Secret Room and you can use Challenge Items.
Fleru's Secret Room
To access Fleru's Secret Room, you need to step on the dark blue portal. In the room, you can choose Trails, which are particles that appear under your feet. You can also choose an Effect, which includes particles and sound effects that occur with 10% of all creature kills. Additionally, you have the option to switch Arenas. The available Arenas are 'Stripes', which have walls in only one axis, 'Houses', which feature multiple houses within the Arena, and 'Empty', which consists of just a few pillars. Lastly, you can find the kit 'Star of Extinction' in Fleru's Secret Room, which can be unlocked using a Colossal Kit Key.
Challenge Items
There are three Challenge Items that you can obtain. These are obtained through the 'Saving Diamonds', 'Saving Emeralds', and 'Saving Nether Stars' advancements. These Challenge Items add an additional challenge to the game. The blue one doubles the duration of a game, the green one gives you a random negative status effect at the beginning of a game, and the red one removes all enchantments from your armor and weapons.
Removed
Advanced Mode was removed because almost all the features found space in the Spawn Area on the Customize Stuff layer of the kits. Star of Extinction, Challenge Items, and the Mazes were relocated there. Effects didn't return, but Trails did in the form of the Toxic Trail in the Shop.
